** Clinical Specialist
** to cover
** Region North (ideal candidate’s location Manchester or Leeds)
** to support customers and deliver best in class implantation and follow-up of DBS (Deep Brain Stimulation) and CPT (Chronic Pain Therapies) across designated NHS and private hospitals.
*
* What you’ll do:

*** Provide primary technical support to customers during implantation and follow-up
* Perform Complex device/ programming troubleshooting independently
* Assist in the management and delivery of regional customer education training events
* Develop a clear understanding of regional account objectives and strategy for all accounts within the assigned region
* To build strong and professional relationships in various hospital settings
* Support regional NMD business strategy, via product implantation cover in accounts as agreed with the leadership team

This is a field based role with willingness to travel 70% of the time.
** What you’ll need
*** BSc degree, ideally in a Scientific discipline
* Experience in medical devices industry or physiotherapist/Pain Nurse looking to move into industry
* Knowledge of UK healthcare market
* Demonstrate ability to be flexible and adaptable with regards working hours and location of customer support
* Strong Communication

Skills:

Verbal and Written.
* Familiarity with clinic setting and operating room procedures and protocol (preferred)
