Join our team as a Housing Support Worker and help people across Bradford and Leeds build brighter, more stable futures.

• Support individuals to maintain tenancies and live independently

• Create and deliver person-centred support plans

• Provide practical advice and tenancy readiness training

• Work in partnership with local services to prevent eviction

• Travel regularly between two sites - one in Bradford
  , one in Leeds

• A full UK driving licence and your own vehicle

• Experience with vulnerable groups (e.g. homelessness, substance misuse, domestic abuse)

• Empathy, resilience, and strong communication skills

• Flexibility to occasionally work outside standard hours

• Basic IT skills for case notes and reports

• £12.60 per hour + potential for enhanced pay with experience
