Permanent | Full-time. SPG Resourcing is a fast-growing IT recruitment business specialising in connecting outstanding technology professionals with leading organisations across the UK. We are looking to hire a Graduate Recruitment Consultant to join our Leeds office.

This is an excellent opportunity for ambitious graduates who are eager to build a long-term career in recruitment, develop commercial expertise and work within one of the most dynamic and fast-moving industries technology.

• Build and manage relationships with clients within the IT and technology sector.
• Identify, attract, and engage top-tier candidates through proactive sourcing.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from client brief to successful placement.
• Achieve and exceed individual and team performance targets.
• Learn from experienced consultants and leaders within the business.

• Recent graduate (any discipline) with a strong desire to succeed.
• Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Resilient, proactive, and motivated by goals and achievement.
• Professional and able to build trusted relationships.
• Previous sales or customer-facing experience is advantageous but not essential.
