Salary: £75,000 per year
Working Hours: 37.5 per week

Proven experience in employee relations, engagement, company culture, and diversity & inclusion initiatives

You will lead the strategy and execution of all programs that shape how employees are treated, supported, and engaged throughout their lifecycle. This includes overseeing employee relations, fostering a positive company culture, implementing engagement initiatives, and driving diversity & inclusion strategies across the organisation.

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Employee Relations & Employee Experience. You will have a strong background in HR leadership, employee engagement, and D&I programs, and be confident in shaping a supportive, inclusive, and high-performing workplace culture.
