You will work at the earliest stages of client engagements, helping ambitious organisations solve complex problems with AI-driven solutions. From discovery workshops with C‑suite stakeholders to architecting scalable systems and writing production code – you can do it all. Represent Parallax with confidence, pitch innovative ideas, influence project roadmaps, and set technical direction for diverse projects across sectors. Think strategic consultancy meets hands‑on engineering leadership.

• Build AI applications that solve real business problems (LLMs, machine learning, intelligent automation)
• Architect modern, scalable systems using Next.js, React, AWS, and cutting‑edge AI tooling
• Lead technical discovery and translate complex requirements into elegant solutions
• Shape engineering culture through mentorship, code reviews, and championing best practices
• Win new business by crafting compelling technical proposals and Statements of Work
• Collaborate with UX, product, and QA teams to deliver transformative digital experiences

• Demonstrable experience building or delivering AI‑enabled products
• Expertise in Next.js (or similar), React, and AWS with a deep understanding of software architecture
• Balance technical leadership with hands‑on coding – comfortable in both the boardroom and the codebase
• High emotional intelligence and enjoyment of consultancy‑style client engagement
• Thriving in fast‑paced environments, managing multiple work streams while inspiring your team
• Passion for Dev Ops, CI/CD, test‑driven development, and engineering excellence
• Desire to work on diverse, challenging projects at the forefront of technical innovation
