• Own and refine requirements by capturing them as clear, testable user stories and defining acceptance criteria aligned with industry best practices.
• Collaborate closely with delivery teams and business stakeholders to ensure shared understanding of scope and outcomes using agile ceremonies such as ‘3-amigos’ and ‘Refinement’ sessions.
• Model business processes and solutions through workflows, user journey maps, and other visual artefacts to demonstrate as-is and to-be solutions.
• Build and maintain subject matter expertise by developing a deep understanding of our products, systems, and business processes, enabling you to provide informed guidance and support to teams.
• Understand and document any areas of risk, dependencies, or compliance impacts.
• Work hand in hand with different internal departments to understand the needs of the business and document how our systems are used.

• Experience working as a business analyst, ideally in an agile or scaled environment.
• Experience working alongside a development team.
• Familiarity with an array of backlog management tools.
• Analytical mind, strong communication skills, great stakeholder management skills, personable, proactive and inquisitive.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment, managing competing workloads, and prioritising appropriately.
