• Designing and delivering blended learning programmes for early careers and experienced professionals, both online and in person.
• Reviewing and refreshing existing training content to maintain relevance, accuracy, and compliance with current standards.
• Converting business needs into practical learning experiences.
• Identifying skill gaps and implementing targeted training to support capability growth.
• Collaborating with technical experts and senior leaders to co‑create innovative learning solutions and expand professional network.

• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into engaging learning content.
• Project management skills to ensure delivery of own work within agreed time frames.
• Self‑motivated and able to work on own initiative.
• Driving force in innovating and leveraging digital technology tools.
• CIA or ACA/CA qualified with good knowledge of Risk and Governance systems and processes.
