- Responsible for all aspects of the IT network and technical security function across the group
- Development of a framework of policies and processes
- Manage information risk, cyber security, internal network security and compliance
- Design and implement the group security strategy
- Complete regular network penetration testing, vulnerability assessments and group audits

- Commercial and technical understanding of information security frameworks and systems including but not limited to Office 365, Citrix, Sophos, Firewalls and WAN routing
- Be able to manage all aspects of the information risk, compliance and governance
- Experience of leading, implementing and managing cyber security programmes
- Have a thorough knowledge of IT risks and control standards such as Cyber Essentials, General Data Protection Regulation ("UKGDPR") and the Data Protection Act 2018
- Experience managing teams, internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to translate technical issues into business terms
- Excellent communication and report writing skills
- Possess excellent training and presentation skills and be able to adopt their techniques to match the intended audience
- Inspire confidence with key stakeholders across the group of companies on all aspects of cyber security, risk and governance
- Committed to personal development and be highly aware of current security threats and best practices
