Data & Analytics Manager – Palantir Foundry

Harvey Nash has partnered with a leading consultancy to grow their Centre of Excellence in Data & AI. We’re looking for a Data & Analytics Manager experienced with Palantir to deliver client projects using Palantir Foundry, combining hands‑on technical expertise with client‑facing consulting and team leadership.

You’ll work closely with clients to translate business requirements into scalable solutions, leading small delivery teams and ensuring high‑quality execution across complex projects.

• Lead delivery for Palantir Foundry projects, taking ownership of end‑to‑end implementation and client outcomes
• Collaborate with client stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into actionable solutions
• Coaching and developing team members, ensuring high standards of delivery and technical excellence
• Support pre‑sales activity with technical and consultative insight
• Engage with senior client stakeholders to communicate progress, risks, and recommendations

• Hands‑on experience with Palantir Foundry modules, pipelines, apps, and ontology
• Experience managing small teams or leading delivery streams on complex projects
• Strong consulting skills – able to work with ambiguity and engage effectively with senior stakeholders
• Technical understanding of data engineering, analytics, and AI platforms
• Ability to translate client needs into technical solutions and manage delivery within scope and budget
• Exposure to multiple industries such as public sector, financial services, or enterprise‑scale clients is valued greatly
