• Define project scope, shape solution requirements, and champion user‑centred thinking.
• Manage and refine product backlogs to drive iterative delivery.
• Facilitate discussions to build shared understanding and resolve complex problems.
• Gather insights, analyse requirements, and translate findings into clear, consumable outputs.

• Experience in business analysis within agile environments.
• Strong stakeholder‑management and communication skills.
• Proven ability to prioritise work and manage backlogs.
