Responsibilities
  • Forge relationships with new customers, including management and executive stakeholders, and understand their objectives.
  • Develop a consultative strategy and plan to achieve customer objectives.
  • Leverage KnowBe4 assessments and coordinate onboarding processes, including account configuration, product training, and initial campaigns.
  • Coordinate with technical support for complex questions.
  • Monitor customer usage, adoption, and health metrics.
  • Engage customers per the prescribed model to support adoption and drive additional value.
  • Conduct periodic business and strategic engagement reviews to confirm satisfaction, resolve issues, and align on value and product updates.
  • Drive cross‑functional initiatives to improve the customer experience and loyalty.
  • Use tools, processes, and best practices to maximize customer value.
  • Assist the Pricing Specialist with renewals, add‑ons, and upgrades.
  • Meet and exceed bookings targets and quotas.
  • Maintain impeccable account administration in the CRM.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience (preferred).
  • Familiarity with IT Security concepts and practices.
  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Gmail, Google Docs, and web browsers.
  • IT experience or exposure is a plus.
  • Prior experience as a Customer Success Manager preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Superior customer service skills.
  • Strong time‑management, organization, collaboration, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proactive work style.
