ResponsibilitiesYou will be part of our Management Information team, enabling expert digital teams to create, build, innovate and deliver. You will create psychologically safe spaces where experts can be at their best, provide the necessary resources, identify blockers and find solutions, focusing on individuals and interactions, values and behaviours, with the user at the centre of everything.
Qualifications & Experience- Promoting a culture of psychological safety in teams and managing team dynamics to foster continuous improvement.
- Experience of leading and building stakeholder relationships at multiple levels.
- A proactive approach to learning and development of yourself and others.
- Experienced in the use of Agile principles and practices.
- Experience of digital delivery in an agile environment for a data product/service or a data platform.

You'll join us in one of our digital hubs in Blackpool, Birmingham, Leeds, Manchester, Newcastle or Sheffield – whichever is most convenient for you. We work a hybrid model, spending some time at home and some time collaborating face‑to‑face in a hub.
