We are seeking a Digital Transformation Specialist to help translate business needs into scalable, secure, and measurable technology solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in solution architecture, business analysis, cloud technologies, automation, and AI literacy, and be comfortable working in cross-functional teams to deliver impactful digital initiatives.

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to end-to-end digital transformation projects, from discovery and roadmap planning to production, driving measurable business outcomes and adoption across the organisation.

• Translate business or client requirements into scalable, secure architectures and actionable transformation roadmaps.
• Own the benefits lifecycle, aligning initiatives with company or pillar visions and measurable outcomes.
• Identify and prioritize automation and AI opportunities, building lean business cases including cost, time, resource requirements, and expected benefits.
• Maintain and enhance the transformation framework, standards, and change management processes.
• Orchestrate cross-team delivery from discovery to production, ensuring readiness, documentation, and knowledge transfer.
• Ensure proposals meet technical requirements and are accurately estimated to support successful outcomes.
• Support market research and sales enablement by providing engineering input and solution insights.

• 2 years+ experience in Solution Architecture & Business Analysis :
  Requirements gathering, documentation, and translating business needs into technical solutions.
• Cloud Fundamentals : AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Automation Tools : n8n, Make, Zapier, or equivalent workflow automation platforms.
• Data & BI :
  Familiarity with analytics, dashboards, KPIs, and data-driven decision-making.
• AI Literacy :
  Understanding of large language model applications, prompt engineering, and AI solution patterns.
• Security & Compliance Awareness :
  Understanding security and regulatory considerations in digital solutions.
• Agile & OKRs :
  Experience with agile methodologies, project documentation, and diagramming tools.
• Strong organisational, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
