The Soccer Production Lead will report to the Trading Performance Director, you will play a key role in defining our soccer trading and product strategy - identifying opportunities to expand market depth, improve feature engagement, and drive competitive differentiation.

Your focus will be on enhancing our soccer pricing, overseeing data feeds and third-party pricing, and creating bespoke prices where needed. The role requires close collaboration with the Quant team and the ability to communicate technical requirements to support the development and ongoing refinement of in-house models.

• Conduct regular competitor benchmarking across major operators to assess pricing competitiveness, market uptime, and soccer feature parity, identifying strengths, gaps, and opportunities for innovation.
• You will develop deep knowledge of our trading systems and external integrations and offer continuous feedback on the soccer feature set, market presentation, and overall usability to ensure a clear, engaging, and high-performing customer experience.
• Act as a subject-matter leader within the sports book function, sharing insights, mentoring peers, and influencing best practices across global trading teams.

You will be a decisive and analytical thinker, able to evaluate information quickly and make sound decisions that enhance the overall quality and performance of our soccer product. You will bring deep knowledge of global soccer, alongside experience working with sports book products, data feeds and performance reporting tools.

You will have excellent attention to detail, strong numerical and technical capabilities, and the ability to interpret data to identify trends, assess product performance, and recommend meaningful improvements. You’ll be proactive and well-organized, comfortable working around the global soccer schedule and responding to major events.

You will act as a key point of expertise within the team, supporting colleagues, sharing insights, and helping shape a high-performing culture focused on delivering the best possible soccer experience. You’ll collaborate across product, content, and analytics teams to ensure our soccer markets, features, and content are accurate, engaging, and aligned with our strategic goals.

Experienced senior soccer trader with deep knowledge of global soccer, including leagues, tournaments, team styles, player dynamics, and market behavior. Understanding how soccer-specific trends, data, and context influence market performance and customer engagement.

Proven ability to manage, assess, and optimize third-party pricing and data feeds for soccer markets. Experience ensuring data accuracy, resolving feed issues, and enhancing product performance and competitiveness across core and derivative soccer markets.

Assess the performance of soccer products, including features and pricing, and analyze large datasets to uncover value gaps, customer behaviors, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement. Prepare data-driven reports for senior stakeholders that highlight key trends, risks, and competitive insights. Proficiency in Excel and performance platforms; experience with BI tools such as SQL, Power BI, or Tableau is an advantage.
