This role is a 12‑month fixed‑term contract. As a Resource Analyst you will play a pivotal role in maintaining our team’s data integrity, effectively allocating, governing, tracking, and optimising resources in line with demand, priorities, and timelines. Reporting to the Head of Planning & Resource Management, you’ll streamline our data sets, provide insights to simplify and enhance existing processes, and reduce opportunities for human error while ensuring a high standard of data sustainability.

You’ll join a small, agile team with a broad remit and high expectations, ideal for someone who is hands‑on, proactive, collaborates well, takes pride in delivering high‑quality work, and wants to contribute to overall success.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure they receive the information they need.
• Work with key teams that feed into the data set to maintain high data integrity.
• Conduct regular audits of data processes to identify and rectify discrepancies.
• Lead initiatives to automate data collection and reporting processes to enhance efficiency.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for data‑related issues.

Essential

• Expert Excel skills.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Experience working with large data sets and creating actionable insights.
• Ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

Desired

• Experience using AI and/or Robotics.
