Hybrid – 3 days work from Client office in Nottingham.

Permanent/ Fixed term contract. Candidates with shorter notice periods and full work authorization in the UK will be given preference.

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce CPQ Business Analyst with strong functional expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud and CPQ to support end-to-end CPQ implementations.

• 5+ years overall IT experience with 4+ years on Salesforce, specifically Sales Cloud and CPQ
• Hands‑on BA role in 2–3 Salesforce CPQ implementations (minimum 6 months each)
• Experience working in multi‑vendor, multi‑company, and global team environments
• Strong exposure to US/UK customers and distributed teams

• Must Have:
  Salesforce CPQ Specialist
• Good to Have:
  Salesforce Business Analyst, Sales Cloud Consultant, App Builder, or Advanced Admin

• Strong expertise in Salesforce CPQ configuration:
  Products, Bundles, Features, Product Rules, Pricing Rules, and Quote Templates
• Lead requirements gathering, analysis, and solution design for CPQ implementations
• Prepare high-quality documentation: BRD, SRS/FRD, Gap Analysis, Use Cases, and Solution/Technical Design documents
• Translate business requirements into Salesforce CPQ solution designs
• Build prototype configurations in CPQ during the design phase
• Conduct workshops, whiteboarding, and design review sessions with business stakeholders
• Coordinate closely with onsite and offshore development, configuration, and testing teams
• Act as a liaison between IT and business to clarify requirements and resolve queries

• Basic knowledge of Apex/Visualforce for POCs and design discussions

• Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills
• Strong stakeholder management and leadership abilities
• Comfortable with early morning / late evening calls for offshore coordination
