As a Digital Media Manager, you’ll oversee the day-to-day running of key client accounts, using initiative and insight to deliver effective media planning, implementation and optimisation across digital channels. You’ll collaborate closely with the wider media team and cross-agency specialists— from strategy to creative and digital— ensuring integrated solutions that align with client objectives and deliver real impact.
What you’ll be doing- Planning and buying digital media across channels, ensuring alignment with client goals and KPIs.
- Gathering and applying audience insight from research and data sources to shape strategy.
- Advising clients on industry changes including attention, cookies, GDPR and measurement.
- Acting as a senior point of support on client accounts, building strong, trusted relationships.
- Supporting pitch development and creating compelling client proposals.
- Managing media owner relationships, negotiating rates and securing optimal placements.
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a relevant digital or media planning role.
- Strong understanding of digital and traditional media channels, costs and performance drivers.
- Excellent planning, analytical and organisational skills.
- Confident communication skills — both face-to-face and in presentations.
- Strong maths capability and commercial awareness.
