Job Description Senior Dev Ops Engineer (Duck Creek)

We are seeking an experienced Senior Dev Ops Engineer with strong Duck Creek and Insurance Industry expertise and solid infrastructure and networking skills. This role will work closely with the Dev Ops Lead and an on-site Dev Ops Engineer to design, implement and automate complex Duck Creek development, test, pre-production and production environments.

Regular on-site presence in Leeds (ideally 2–3 days per week) is required to collaborate with the team and support environment builds.

• Proven Duck Creek platform experience across development, test and production environments (essential)
• Insurance industry experience is essential
• Strong infrastructure and networking expertise, including:
  • Windows Server 2022 and IIS
  • Networking and firewall configuration
  • F5 load balancers (configuration and troubleshooting)
  • SQL Server configuration and tuning
  • Advanced Power Shell scripting and automation experience
