• Turn client briefs and open-ended problems into creative, scalable technical solutions
• Use AI-assisted development tools to speed up ideation, coding, and iteration
• Build engaging front-end experiences that bring AI-powered products to life
• Develop backend services, integrations, and automations that support those experiences
• Create and orchestrate AI agents for research, content generation, decision support, and workflows
• Design, test, and refine prompts to get consistent, high-quality outputs from LLMs
• Prototype quickly, experiment with emerging technology, and evolve ideas into production-ready systems
• Collaborate closely with designers, strategists, and technologists in small teams

• Has 2 - 3 years’ experience working in a development-focused or technical role, with a strong hands-on element
• Experience in AI assisted development tools
• A creative, curious mindset and a genuine interest in emerging technology and AI
• Has some experience with backend logic, APIs, or scripting (JavaScript or Python)
• Comfort working with ambiguity and thinking beyond “off-the-shelf” solutions
• Enjoys learning fast, trying new tools, and working things out as you go
• Can explain your thinking and collaborate openly with others

• Side projects involving AI, agents, or automation
• Experience with tools like n8n, Zapier, or Make
• Familiarity with AI APIs, vector databases, or agent frameworks
• Prompt engineering or system design experience

We want the process to be simple, flexible, and a chance for you to show your creativity, not a stressful technical exam.

• Initial Chat – A relaxed conversation to get to know you, your experience, and your interests. We’ll explore your fit with the role and our team.
• Creative Technical Challenge – A short, hands-on exercise that you can complete in your own time (no more than 2 hours). Think of it as a mini project rather than a test. We’re interested in how you approach problems, experiment with ideas, and build solutions.
• Meet the Team & Technical Overview – A friendly session with the team to discuss your challenge, talk through your thought process, and explore how you approach building solutions. This is also a chance to meet the people you’ll be collaborating with.
