We’re looking for a seasoned Dynamics 365 Architect who can shape solution strategy, lead technical design, and deliver secure, scalable, forward‑thinking architectures across the Microsoft ecosystem. This senior position places you at the forefront of presales, solution definition, and end‑to‑end delivery.

This opportunity is designed to evolve into a Lead / Managerial role as you progress!

You’ll be the go‑to expert across Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, and the wider Power Platform and Azure stack, empowering clients to maximise their investment in Microsoft technologies.

• Lead and mentor technical teams, providing guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Architect Dynamics 365 CE / CRM solutions across Sales, Service, Marketing, and the Power Platform.
• Take ownership of architecture across Dynamics 365, M365, and Azure, ensuring scalability, compliance, and robust security.
• Design and deliver integrations using Azure services and third‑party systems.
• Investigate and implement new AI capabilities within Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform.
• Create custom model‑driven applications, plugins, and Power Automate workflows.
• Establish technical best practices and run solution / code reviews.
• Support presales activities including scoping, estimating, and creating SoWs.
• Translate complex business challenges into clear, actionable solution architectures.

• Strong hands‑on expertise in Dynamics 365 CE and the Power Platform (customisation, configuration, and development).
• Demonstrable experience designing and leading enterprise‑level D365 CE solutions.
• Ability to create bespoke business logic using plugins, workflows, and low / no‑code tools.
• Experience integrating Dynamics with external systems via REST, SOAP, and Azure Services.

• A solid understanding of the latest Dynamics 365 AI capabilities and real‑world use cases.
