This Head of Data and Innovation position offers the opportunity to shape and deliver an enterprise wide data strategy while driving meaningful digital transformation. Working for an established, tech-led organisation, you will influence senior decision makers, embed data driven thinking, and lead high impact innovation initiatives that drive commercial value. • Partner with senior stakeholders to shape strategic cycles and prioritise initiatives.
• Define and execute a forward-thinking data strategy aligned to business objectives and digital transformation plans.
• Establish and maintain strong data governance frameworks, ensuring data quality, consistency, and compliance.
• Lead BI, analytics, and insight functions to support predictive modelling, reporting, and decision-making.
• Drive the identification, evaluation, and implementation of emerging technologies including AI, automation, IoT, and advanced analytics.
• Create an innovation roadmap, fostering experimentation, pilot activity, and scalable delivery.
