IT Support Engineer

As an IT Support Engineer, you will be part of a team responsible for maintaining all IT and communication systems across the Adler & Allan Group. You’ll oversee installation and maintenance of local IT systems, ensuring our IT service meets organisational needs while remaining commercially focused.

This is a hybrid role, requiring occasional travel to sites nationwide and overnight stays when necessary.

• Provide network support across the group
• Support PC, laptop, and mobile connectivity
• Assist with Microsoft Office & O365 applications
• Manage IP telephony systems
• Implement company hardware and software
• Handle technical support queries (local and remote) using Lansweeper & Team Viewer
• Perform network installations
• Demonstrate flexibility and initiative in all tasks

• General networking skills (DHCP, DNS, etc.)
• Familiarity with firewalls and subnets
• MS Windows 10 & 11
• MS Office 2016 & O365
• Microsoft Server (2012–2022)
• General hardware diagnostics
• Clean UK driving licence
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and use initiative
