If you’re an experienced Dynamics 365 F&O Solution Architect and feel ready for a bigger stage, this is the step that takes you there.

We’re partnered with a business delivering some of the largest and most complex F&O programmes in Europe, and they’re hiring a Solution Director to shape global delivery, lead a team of Architects and set the technical vision for multi country rollouts.

• Owning the solution strategy for large scale global D365 F&O programmes
• Leading, mentoring and growing a team of F&O Solution Architects
• Working closely with senior leadership on roadmap, governance and delivery direction
• Setting standards, design principles and architectural guardrails across major enterprise programmes
• Engaging at C Suite level to influence, challenge and steer digital transformation decisions

• A seasoned F&O Solution Architect who has delivered enterprise level programmes
• Someone who has grown with the product and understands its real world complexity
• Strong architectural leadership with the ability to set vision, direction and standards
• A genuine appetite to step into a broader and more strategic leadership role

• Salary around £150k with strong package
