NetSuite Administrator

Net Suite Administrator required for a permanent position working in a hybrid environment whereby you will be onsite 2 days a week and remote for 3. The client is looking for someone that is logical in their approach as well as an excellent communicator. Core Knowledge & Experience Solid background in enterprise resource planning (ERP) platforms, with expertise in system configuration, workflow management, scripting, and third-party integrations.

Hands-on experience providing technical or functional support for Net Suite ERP. Strong working knowledge of Suite Script, saved searches, custom workflows, and Suite Builder tools. Exposure to a range of Net Suite modules including Finance, CRM, Order Management, and Inventory. Confident in using Excel and other reporting/analytics tools to produce business insights. Skills & Personal Qualities Capable of diagnosing and resolving technical challenges without constant supervision.

Clear and professional communicator, both in writing and in person. Adept at supporting ERP users across different business functions. Methodical and detail-oriented, with strong logical reasoning skills. Able to balance multiple tasks and deadlines effectively. Resourceful problem-solver with a proactive approach.

Key Responsibilities Act as a first point of contact for Net Suite-related support queries, providing both initial and escalated assistance. Maintain and update system settings including user roles, permissions, and workflow rules. Build and refine saved searches, dashboards, and reports to support decision-making across the organisation.
