Due to continued growth and demand for advanced security testing capability, they are looking to appoint an experienced Cyber Security Consultant to strengthen their specialist team.

As a Cyber Security Consultant specialising in simulated attack and penetration testing, you will play a senior role within a testing team delivering CHECK and non‑CHECK security assessments. You will act as a technical lead on infrastructure testing engagements, support the development of junior consultants, and contribute to the evolution of testing methodologies.

Key responsibilities include undertaking security testing, leading infrastructure engagements, conducting research into new attack techniques, producing and signing off high‑quality client reports, proposing effective mitigation, and supporting the scoping and estimation of future work.

• Proven experience delivering CHECK and non‑CHECK security testing
• Strong technical knowledge of Active Directory, infrastructure, cloud security, and common operating systems
• Experience acting as a technical or team lead on penetration testing engagements
• Ability to produce, review, and sign off detailed security testing reports
• Strong understanding of relevant legal and regulatory frameworks

• NCSC CHECK Team Leader status in infrastructure (CCT-INF or CSTL-INF)
