• Assist with a busy and expanding Contentious Probate team, managing your own caseload of will, trust, and estate disputes
• Provide technical legal advice to clients on all aspects of private wealth disputes
• Support the supervising Partner on more complex or high-value cases
• Contribute to the team’s business development activities to help build client relationships and promote the firm
• Ensure the delivery of high-quality legal support, demonstrating empathy and understanding for clients’ circumstances

• At least 4-5 years PQE within contentious probate experience, but happy to consider those with more experience
• Experience managing multiple disputes involving wills, trusts, or estate issues
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to empathise and handle sensitive matters
• Ideally
  
  ACTAPS qualified, though this is not essential
• A proactive approach with a desire to develop further within the contentious probate field
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and adapt to hybrid working arrangements
