Provide representation and day-to-day advice on regulatory matters, including :
Health and Safety investigations and prosecutions

Trading Standards and local authority investigations

Product compliance and safety (food and consumer law)

Criminal defence representation, including road traffic offences

Environmental compliance and investigations

Data protection and privacy

• Advise clients on compliance, governance, and risk management
• Deliver practical, commercial advice and help bring investigations to an early conclusion
• Handle matters across sectors such as retail, transport, and manufacturing

• Experienced regulatory lawyer with a strong criminal court and enforcement background – Ideally 6 PQE+
• Proven ability to manage complex investigations and high-profile cases
• Practical, commercial, and client-focused approach
• Strong knowledge of relevant legislation and sector-specific compliance issues
