Paralegal - Probate

Our dynamic client in Leeds is looking to recruit a Probate Paralegal to join their successful team.

• Working closely with the Firm's Senior Partners to deliver a range of work including:
• Wills
• Probate Administration
• Lasting Powers of Attorney
• Court of Protection Work
• Dealing with own caseload of clients

You will also be someone that will be as comfortable promoting your department and the firm as you are in delivering fee-earning work. The firm runs a full range of case management systems, and you will be comfortable in the full use of a range of modern technology.

• You should have experience in probate law, with the ability to independently manage a diverse caseload of probate matters.
• A strong working knowledge of the entire probate process, including compliance and regulatory requirements.
