Corporate Solicitor

Sellick Partnership is currently working with an exciting Legal 500 ranked firm, based in Leeds, who is looking for a Corporate Solicitor to join their team. Your responsibilities will include:
Taking ownership of transactions and working alongside a Partner on more complex deals. Advising on a variety of corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and corporate restructuring. Drafting and negotiating commercial contracts Managing client relationships and delivering exceptional client service The Successful Candidate will need: 3 years PQE Evidence of understanding what is needed to help grow and develop a corporate practice A proactive and client-focused approach Excellent communication and negotiation skills Confident using legal research tools, document management systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
