Commercial Litigation – Associate – Leeds – Up To 3 Years PQE – Salary up to £65,000

• Handle a varied caseload of commercial disputes including contract issues, shareholder matters, professional negligence claims, IP related disputes and insolvency related work.
• Manage own caseload confidently, provide clear and commercially minded advice and work collaboratively with colleagues.
• Prepare pleadings, witness evidence, settlement agreements and other key litigation documents.

• Strong drafting skills and ability to prepare pleadings, witness evidence, settlement agreements and other litigation documents.
• Experience in commercial litigation, potentially with corporate debtor work and insolvency exposure.
• Business‑development track record is beneficial; experience meeting clients and building relationships.
• Excellent communication skills, confident engaging with both individuals and businesses.
