Overview

Kennedys is looking for an Associate to work on complex liability and injury matters, primarily within employers' and public liability. The successful candidate will handle a diverse range of claims, demonstrating strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. A working knowledge of coverage is required.

• Handle complex liability and injury claims across employers and public liability.
• Manage multiple tasks efficiently and proactively.
• Build and maintain client relationships.
• Collaborate with a team of experienced professionals.

• 3+ years UK Qualified Solicitor or CILEX qualified with relevant experience.
• Litigation experience assisting up to high multi‑track defence work.
• Basic policy coverage knowledge.
