Responsibilities
  • You will be assisting fee earners on files and supporting our qualified individuals on a caseload of complex cases related real estate or commercial property
  • Providing technical guidance and oversight to junior paralegals
  • Reviewing and advising on case strategy, evidence, and risk
  • Ensuring compliance with SLA, KPI, and quality standards
  • Liaising with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders with professionalism and clarity
  • Supporting with training, performance monitoring, and workflow management
  • Contributing to process improvement and knowledge sharing within the department
What will help you succeed in this role?
  • Previous experience handling a real estate or commercial property related caseload
  • Ability to support team members of various levels
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • A proactive, solution-focused approach to problem solving
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Able to draft and proofread legal documents with high attention to detail
  • Background in Real Estate litigation would be ideal
