Hours:

Full-time, 40 hours per week

Shift Pattern:
Monday–Thursday 12:00–20:00, Friday 10:00–18:00

Rate: £14.00 per hour

• Leading, supporting, and motivating a team of cleaning operatives to deliver excellent results.
• Organising daily task schedules and ensuring all cleaning activities are completed to specification.
• Carrying out quality checks and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and sanitation procedures.
• Assisting with general cleaning duties when required, leading by example and maintaining high standards.
• Responding promptly to operational needs and adjusting priorities to support the smooth running of the site.
• Communicating effectively with colleagues, clients, and management to ensure a positive and efficient working environment.

• Previous leadership or supervisory experience is an asset; however, a strong cleaning background and a passion for progression are key.
• The ability to lead by example, motivate team members, and communicate clearly and confidently.
• A proactive, adaptable approach, with the willingness to respond to changing priorities and support the team wherever needed.
• Strong organisational skills, reliability, and a commitment to maintaining high hygiene standards.
