** Completed technical education/training in relevant discipline  Extensive experience in industrial Facility Management, preferably in manufacturing or life science environments  Valid forklift operator certification and demonstrated logistics experience Comprehensive knowledge of general building maintenance and repair techniques
** Experience & Skills
** Project experience in maintenance and infrastructure initiatives preferred  Independent, reliable work approach with ability to handle varied responsibilities  Strong problem-solving abilities and quick learning capacity
** Personal Attributes
** Proactive, hands-on mentality with strong organizational skills  Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities  
** Technical Competencies
** Proficiency in MS Office applications SAP experience highly desirable  Familiarity with CAFM (Computer Aided Facility Management) systems preferred  from our global reach while working within a supportive local team.
