Refrigeration Supervisor
We are currently seeking an experienced Refrigeration Engineer who is looking to make the next step in their career to a supervisory role. This position is a hybrid role with 1-2 days a week at the Yorkshire office and the rest working at customer sites. This is a 37.5 hour week Monday to Friday.
Duties and Responsibilities
* Technical Validation & Pre-Delivery
* Installation & Commissioning Support
* Warranty & Service Response – Point of escalation
* Key Skills
* F-Gas, minimum NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
* Experience in refrigeration plant assembly, commissioning, and fault diagnosis
* Strong understanding of controls, electrical wiring, and refrigerant systems
* Pack systems knowledge
* Ability to liaise effectively with internal teams and end customers
