Join Eversheds Sutherland as a Planning Solicitor within the Development & Regeneration team of the National Planning & Infrastructure group. This senior role based in Leeds offers a national focus working on high‑profile development and regeneration projects.

• Provide strategic planning advice and pre‑application support for development & regeneration schemes.
• Assist on acquisition, development, project finance and corporate real estate matters.
• Draft and negotiate planning and highways agreements and manage environmental impact assessments.
• Handle contentious matters including appeals, judicial reviews and High Court proceedings.
• Offer post‑consent strategic advice and support client relationships at all stages of the project life cycle.
• Supervise and mentor junior colleagues and contribute to marketing and business development initiatives.

• Qualified planning solicitor with 6+ PQE.
• Demonstrable experience in development and regeneration matters.
• Strong client relationship management and effective communication.
• Experience supervising or mentoring junior staff is an advantage.
