Contracts Manager

Position: Contracts Manager (Permanent)
£80,000 + Package | Nationwide Travel
Are you an experienced Contracts Manager with a background delivering fast-paced retail projects? We’re working with a leading principal contractor who are looking to expand their team with a high-calibre professional capable of overseeing major national retail schemes.

The Role

* Managing multiple retail projects simultaneously across the UK

* Ensuring programmes, budgets, and quality standards are achieved

* Leading project teams and coordinating with site management

* Building strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders

* Overseeing health & safety compliance across all sites
What We’re Looking For

* Strong experience within large-scale retail construction

* Proven ability to manage multi-site programmes

* Excellent stakeholder and client management skills

* Black CSCS card or NVQ Level 6

* SMSTS qualification

* 3-Day First Aid certification

* M&S delivery experience is desirable but not essential

* Willingness to travel nationwide as required
