What You'll Be Doing
- Leading The Delivery Team
- Oversee daily delivery operations and ensure smooth functioning.
- Plan deliveries and ensure accurate, safe loading.
- Conduct plant/vehicle checks and manage outbound deliveries.
- Driving Commercial Success
- Implement the store's sales plan and make sound commercial decisions.
- Maximize delivery service profitability and promote monthly offers.
- Handle customer inquiries and upsell Selco services.
- Empowering And Developing The Team
- Set direction and assign tasks, monitoring results.
- Conduct training, briefings, and inductions for direct reports and drivers.
- Foster a high-support, high-challenge environment and empower colleagues.
- Operational Leadership & On‑Duty Responsibility
- Act as the senior leader, managing store operations and resolving issues.
- Ensure clear communication and handovers between shifts.
- Serve as a key holder, responsible for opening/closing and security.

- Inspire and lead by example, setting the standard for customer service.
