Acting as the number two to the Leeds Office Lead, you’ll have significant responsibility for project delivery, client relationships and team development.

The immediate focus will be on private sector residential projects – BTR, housing and regeneration – while also gaining exposure across a wider portfolio. You will work directly with leading names in the BTR sector, benefit ting from the strong client relationships already established by the Leeds Lead.

With private equity investment and a 10‑year growth strategy in motion, this consultancy offers a platform for rapid progression. The Leeds office is central to that journey, making this a highly visible and influential role.

Responsibilities
  • Act as number two to the Office Lead, supporting business strategy and team development in the residential sector.
  • Lead the delivery of residential schemes (BTR, housing, regeneration), while maintaining oversight across a wider project mix.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Manage budgets, programmes, risks and resources to ensure best‑in‑class delivery.
  • Mentor and support junior colleagues, contributing to a high‑performing culture.
  • Play a role in business development, supporting the office’s profile and growth across the region.
Candidate

We’re seeking a forward‑thinking project management professional with consultancy experience who is ready to step into a senior role combining delivery and leadership.

  • Experience as an Associate, Senior Associate or Senior Project Manager within a consultancy environment.
  • A strong track record in residential projects (BTR, housing, regeneration); wider sector experience is an advantage.
  • Excellent client‑facing and stakeholder management skills.
  • Commercial awareness and an interest in contributing to business development.
  • Professional qualifications (MRICS, MAPM or equivalent) are desirable but not essential.
What’s on offer

This role offers the chance to establish yourself as a key figure in a high‑growth consultancy, delivering flagship residential and mixed‑use projects while shaping the growth of the Leeds office.

Benefits
  • Competitive salary and benefits package.
  • Clear progression opportunities, working closely with the Office Lead.
  • High‑profile projects and strong residential focus.
  • Flexible hybrid working.
  • A supportive, collaborative culture with excellent career development pathways.
