As Assistant Sales Manager at JCT
600 Approved South Leeds, you’ll help to lead, motivate and develop our high-performing team, ensuring we deliver exceptional results and an unforgettable customer experience.

• Supporting the Brand Manager in the day-to-day running of the Sales department.
• Leading, motivating, and developing the Sales team to deliver excellence in performance and behaviour.
• Driving sales and profitability across new and used cars, finance, and insurance products.
• Ensuring an exceptional customer and colleague journey that reflects JCT
  600’s values.

• Experience leading or supporting successful sales teams.
• A strong customer‑first attitude and pride in creating great experiences.
• The energy and enthusiasm to help introduce a new global brand to the UK.
• Great attention to detail and a commitment to high standards.

• A full UK driving licence with no excessive penalties.
