We’re seeking a dynamic and visionary leader to join us as Head of Projects - a pivotal role with full ownership of our Projects Division. This is a rare opportunity for a Vice President or COO-level professional to lead a high-performing business unit within a growing CRO, driving strategic growth, operational excellence, and innovation in biometrics.

• Define and execute the strategic vision for the Projects Division.
• Lead cross-functional teams across Data Management, Statistics & Programming, Strategic Consultancy, and more.
• Own the division’s P&L, driving revenue, margin, and commercial success.
• Oversee delivery excellence, quality standards, and client satisfaction.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships at the executive level.
• Inspire and develop high-performing teams, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

• 10+ years of leadership experience in life sciences project-based service delivery.
• Proven track record managing P&L with revenues exceeding £10M.
• Deep expertise in biometrics, clinical research, or regulated industries.
• Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
