Director - Cost Consultancy

We are recruiting on behalf of a leading UK property consultancy that is expanding its Cost Consultancy offering. Due to continued growth, our client is seeking a Director of Cost Consultancy to drive the development of the service line, lead client delivery, and support strategic business growth.

The Role Lead and grow the Cost Consultancy service line alongside a Senior Director. Manage end-to-end cost consultancy delivery across commercial, industrial, residential, PBSA and BTR projects. Develop new and existing client relationships and support business development. Improve service line practices, processes, templates and quality control. Mentor and support the development of a growing technical team. Collaborate with wider business units to ensure aligned standards and service excellence.

About You MRICS qualified with a relevant degree. Strong technical background in cost consultancy with proven delivery experience. Confident client-facing communicator with a commercial mindset. Ability to lead, influence, and drive service improvement. Established industry network and ability to generate new opportunities. Strong organisational skills and experience managing multiple projects.
