We are seeking experienced Planning Directors to join a globally renowned real estate services firm. The successful candidates will play a pivotal role in growing and developing the firm's Leeds and Manchester offices. • Lead and manage planning projects to ensure successful outcomes.
• Develop and implement strategies to win new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Provide expert advice and guidance on planning matters.
• Mentor and support junior planning staff.
• Contribute to the overall growth and success of the firm's planning team.

• Proven experience as a Planning Director or in a similar senior role.
• Strong track record of business development and client management.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• In-depth knowledge of the UK planning system.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Leadership and team management skills.
• Relevant qualifications in town planning or a related field.
