Key Information- Role: Commercial Manager (Quantity Surveyor) x 2
- Salary: £43,588 to £51,719 per annum
- Location: Leeds Whitehall Quay (with potential travel between York and Manchester)
- Contract Type: Full Time – Permanent
- Office Requirement: Hybrid. 3 days per week working from the office
- Recruitment process: Initial sift of applications, face‑to‑face competency interview, possible video responses to motivational and technical questions.

The Transpennine Route Upgrade (TRU) is a £10.7 billion programme of activities improving the railway between York and Manchester via Leeds and Huddersfield.
Stretching across the North of England, it includes a 76‑mile railway serving 23 stations, crossing 285 bridges and viaducts, passing six miles of tunnels, and crossing 11 level crossings.
Proposed improvements will deliver a hard‑working, reliable railway for passengers, allowing more seats, more services and faster journey times.
