You'll play a key role in driving business benefits, managing complexity, and leading a team of Project Managers to deliver against our transformation goals. This is a role for someone who thrives on challenge, collaboration, and making things happen.,

• Deliver strategic projects within agreed cost, quality, and time parameters.
• Produce and monitor detailed plans, documentation, and reporting in line with our Change Framework.
• Manage project financials and ensure benefits realisation against business targets.
• Influence and challenge stakeholders to shape business cases and prioritise initiatives.
• Lead, motivate, and develop a team of Project Managers to achieve exceptional results.

• Proven experience managing complex projects across multiple business areas.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills to drive collaboration and resolve challenges.
• Ability to manage uncertainty and adapt plans to deliver outcomes in dynamic environments.
• Experience in financial management and benefits realisation within a project portfolio.
