The Incubator Operations Manager will be part of the Health Innovation Leeds Incubator Executive, with shared responsibility for shaping and implementing Health Innovation Leeds Incubator strategy.
This is an excellent opportunity to influence the strategy for, and development of, a vibrant, innovation-led community in Leeds. This position is ideally suited to an individual interested in developing a new programme and facilitating research and innovation with patient, economic and societal impact.
Given that the post involves developing close collaboration between NHS clinicians, academics, and commercial partners at local and national levels, the post holder must have good interpersonal skills and excel at interdisciplinary working. A working understanding of both University and NHS research with an applied focus will be an advantage.
This full-time post will provide day-to-day management and coordination of the Health Innovation Leeds Incubator. You will work closely with programme members, which includes University of Leeds, Leeds Beckett University and NHS staff, and will liaise with support services across both organisations and national and international collaborators.
