Project Manager, Program ​/ Project Manager, Operations Manager

Reporting to the Lead PMO, the Project Manager will be responsible for managing the delivery of projects related to Motia across Fuel and Fleet products.

• Responsible for end to end delivery of projects including creating and maintaining Project Documentation such as Project Plans, RAID Logs
• Managing third-party vendors to ensure business requirements are fully understood and delivered accurately
• Lead project meetings to ensure projects are on track, identify and mitigate risk and issues
• Work across functions to establish working solutions that meet quality standard and stakeholder expectations
• Work with PMO Lead to ensure projects are delivered on time, budget and to required quality
• Compliance with our Business Conduct Guidelines and other Group Policies
• Any other duties as may be reasonably required

• Previous experience of successfully delivering projects and change across business functions
• Recognised qualification in Project Management:
  Prince2, APM, PMP certification
• Demonstrates a proactive approach to problem resolution and informed decision-making
• Ability to communicate to all levels of the business from end users to Senior Leadership Team
• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritise according to business needs
• Provide leadership and guidance to Project Managers alongside the Lead PMO driving project excellence
• Assuring accuracy in documentation, reporting and compliance
• Experience in using Project Tools such as MSP, Visio, Microsoft Excel and Jira
• Valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle to travel between sites

• Salary - £40,000 - £45,000 DOE
• Hybrid Working - 3 days onsite, 2 days from home
