Stairlift Procurement Manager
Stairlift Purchasing Manager, Stairlift Branch Manager, Stairlift Industry,

Basic Salary: £35,000 – £40,000 + (uncapped commission, performance bonuses)

OTE c. £60,000 p.a.

Marmon Lift Recruitment is recruiting a Stairlift Procurement Manager for a growing stairlift engineering company based in Leeds. This is a commercially focused role, ideal for someone with knowledge of the stairlift industry who enjoys negotiation, organisation, and ownership of a revenue-driving operation.

You’ll take ownership of the purchasing function for used stairlifts, managing the full process from initial enquiry through negotiation, removal, payment, and return to stock.

This role offers a clear progression path into a senior leadership position as the operation grows.

Ideal Stairlift Procurement Manager:

* Stairlift industry experience – Essential

* Commercially minded and confident negotiator

* Highly organised with strong attention to detail

* Experience coordinating drivers, logistics, or field teams

* Comfortable working to targets and KPIs

* Proactive, self-motivated, and customer-focused

Key Responsibilities:

* Negotiate and agree on purchase prices for used stairlifts

* Manage the end-to-end purchasing process from enquiry to stock return

* Coordinate and optimise removal drivers, routes, and schedules

* Ensure accurate and timely customer payments

* Maintain full traceability of purchased stairlifts

* Chase enquiries and quotes to maximise purchase volumes

* Achieve monthly stairlift purchasing targets

* Build and manage a small support team as volumes increase

* Drive continuous process and in-house software improvements

* Liaise with the warehouse, engineering, and operations manager
