Looking for a hands-on Welder who enjoys variety, problem-solving, and building something that lasts?
This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in high-quality fabrication work and enjoys converting standard containers into bespoke, fully customised units.

🔧 What You’ll Be Doing

MIG welding and fabricating steel components for container conversions

Modifying, strengthening and assembling structural frames

Cutting, grinding, prepping and finishing steel

Installing doors, windows, partitions, brackets and internal fittings

Working from engineering drawings to create accurate builds

Using a range of hand tools and fabrication equipment

Measuring, marking out and ensuring accurate fabrication

Keeping the working area clean, safe and well-maintained

💡 Skills & Experience

✔️ Strong MIG welding experience (essential)
✔️ Confident in fabrication and fitting
✔️ Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
✔️

Experience with cutting/grinding and structural steel work
✔️ Good general workshop and fabrication knowledge
✔️ Strong awareness of health & safety

✨ Desirable (Not Essential)

⭐ Experience with container conversions
⭐ MMA (stick) welding experience
⭐ Basic mechanical or fitting skills
⭐ FLT or overhead crane licence
