CNC Turner/ CNC Setter/ CNC Operator/ CNC Programmer
Salary: £14.50 - £18.50 p/h + Bonus and overtime

Working Hours:

39 Hours
Monday to Thursday 7.00 AM – 4:30 PM,
Friday 7.00 AM – 12.00PM

Key Responsibilities:

* Programming, setting up, and operating CNC turning machines
 
* Interpreting and working from engineering drawings
 
* Conducting precision quality checks using measuring tools and CMM
 
* Meeting tight tolerances and production deadlines
 
* Ensuring a clean, safe, and organized work environment
✅ Requirements:
 
* Proven experience working as a CNC Turner
 
* Strong ability to read technical drawings and understand CAD models
 
* Familiarity with Fanuc controls on Victor Lathes (experience with Hurco machines is a plus—training provided)
 
* Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
 
* Experience machining materials such as Inconel, Duplex, and Stainless Steel
 
* Ability to work efficiently both independently and within a team
 
* Completed a time-served apprenticeship
 
* Basic knowledge of machine maintenance and strict adherence to safety protocols
